Return Policy

RETURN/EXCHANGE

We want you to have a great on-line experience with us. We offer phone and email consultations for your online purchases to ensure you have all the information you need to buy items that you will be happy with. We also give as much detail as possible in our description on both fit and physical attributes of items, so you can make the most informed choice. Please check with us if you need more info - we personally try on every shoe so we know how it fits and feels.

If your purchase does not work for you, please contact us at info@marakishoes.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We will require some details to process a RA for you - your name, style name and number of item, color and size, and reason for return/exchange. If you want to exchange your item, please also let us know what style/color/size you would like in exchange. All returns must be authorized so please ensure you contact us, and follow the above procedure prior to shipping items back.

Conditions for Return/Exchange:

All returned merchandise MUST be unworn, in perfect/new condition, in original box/packaging and all tags attached.
You must contact us for a Return Authorization within 3 days of receiving your item.
Item must be shipped back to us within 10 days of RA issue in order to receive a refund. After this time period items are considered a FINAL SALE.
Refund will be issued to original payment method
Customer is responsible for paying return shipping. We will not accept any items COD.
Maraki Shoes will not assume any liability for shipping loss or damage on return goods. We recommend you use a reputable shipper, and have insurance on the item.
Flat rate shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
When shipping your item, please ensure it is wrapped to protect the box and write the RA authorization on the packaging. We will give you return address etc via email when RA is approved.
All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned/exchanged.

Maraki Shoes reserves the right to reject any returns which do not comply with our return policy and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
